I am 25 years old male and recently I have been suffering from a skin disease named eczema. I have dry eczema on my thigh it looks too ugly and always itching what can I do?

Eczema is a reaction of body to variety of agent (drugs and chemicals) acting on skin from outside or from within the body.
? clinically these features are present on eczema area.
? Redness of skin ? itching ? swelling or edema ? Formation of papules (pimple or rash) ? scaling (shedding of upper layer of skin)
? Discharge of blood or pus from that area.
If you have any feature on thigh follow these methods:
? Detect the cause which make skin irritation for example any drug, chemical, pollen, wollens, dust and remove that cause.
? Increase your immunity (immunity is body' s defence system protect it from attack of disease) by eating healthy diet. Green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits.
? Drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily for hydration and water also remove toxins from body.
? apply moisturizer on that area.
? Avoid scratching on that area and use less amount of soap on the body.
