I want to ask that if any person feel that in their stomach having a problem what he should that. Actually I feel a problem in stomach. When I eat then my stomach having heavy and making a gas in my stomach.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Hai lybrate-user, probably you are having a gastritis. That has to be treated with the antacids. Avoid spicy and hot foods and tea n coffee. Eat at regular intervals, don't give long gaps between your foods.
