My sister (age 58) is suffering from depression after sudden death of her 26 year old son in October 2014 and has apprehension that somebody will kill her family. Our efforts to bring her back to normal are not giving results, she is also not ready to go to a doctor. Please advise.

If not treated it would progress and she may get suicidal thoughts and which may b fatal. So please consult a psychiatrists as early as possible. If she isn't ready to go to a doctor, you please go alone to meet a doctor who would give you proper solution.
