My 4 years and 7 months old daughter (weight 17 kg) was initially having fever from 28 mar to 02 mar 22. After that fever gone, but she was complaining about pain in left leg. Xray done and in x ray there was no any problem detected. After 06 march 22, she again have fever. This time fever continues specially 101- 102 in night. Blood test done and report is as follows:- wbc- 15.7, rbc- 3.39, hgb- 9.0, hct- 27.8, crp- reactive, salmonella typhi- negative. Initially doctor prescribed azithromycin 100 mg (4 ml in a day for 5 days). Later on doctor changed on 14 march 22 and he prescribed under mentioned medicines- monocef o 100- 7.5 ml 2 times novofran- 7.5 ml 2 times, dolopar mds- 6.5 ml sos protein sachet- once in a day livfit- 5 ml 2 times. Present condition- 1. She has fever in night with mild sweat. 2. She is complaining pain in hip as well as in legs. Problem in walking. Motion and urine is clear. High weakness. Please advice what to do? 1 day medicines has been given. We are in tension about fever more than 8-9 days and also walking problem.
