Dear Lybrate user, *Physical exercise is the healthy way to reduce weight. *Drink butter milk with adder ginger. *Consume fresh vegetable salad. *Dinner should be half the quantity of lunch. *Drink warm water, fresh fruit juice. *Avoid day sleep.

Lybrate-user both things are important for fat control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.
