Hi my name is raj n I am from mumbai. I have sleeping problem I am not able to get proper time to sleep my mind confused about sleep. Pls tell me to better option to get sleep in proper time n wake proper time. Thank you I am waiting your ans.

Following your body clock is the best thing to get a good night sleep. Get up early in morning, do some excercise whatever you feel like. Do not take a nap during the day. Keep yourself physically active through out day. Eat an early dinner switch off tv, mobile, laptop by 9 pm. Make the room absolutely dark and go off to sleep by 10pm it might take you a few days to come to this routine but this is a permanent solution to your problem.
