I am very fat and have a grown tummy and I also have much weight I want to reduce my tummy and my weight as soon as possible please help me as soon as possible I want quick response.

Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Take plenty of watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Take more fish, egg, lean meat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals.
