Hello, today my cat scratched my upper part of wrist vein of left hand with its nail and made a hole and it was bleeding heavily I pressed it for about 15 to 20 minutes then it got swollen up around it, now 4 hours have been passed and my bitten left hand have become colder than the right one, please tell what to do.
