Remember to wear loose cotton clothing specially when at home. Avoid hot humid climate, keep the affected area dry and avoid synthetic innerwear. Are any other family members affected? if so, they must also be adequately treated to prevent recurrence. You might not be taking proper dosage of medicine or may be applying wrong creams over it.
