I am 21 years old guy. I have been suffering from hyperhidrosis for last 12 yrs. My palms and feet sweat most of the time, many a times when m trying to sleep as well. It's embarrassing as I can't shake hands with people or can't do certain kinds of things which require dry hands. I have tried homeopath medicine a long time ago and it helped but I couldn't complete the course of it. Due to financial problems! Can you please suggest remedy or treatment that I can carry out by myself. Thanks doc!

This particular condition is hereditary, one has to learn how best one can live with it. It is better to change the lifestyle. Try the following to ease the life. Wash your hands whenever you see water& wipe it, similarly with legs, wear light cotton clothes like in summer, take bath 2or 3 times daily, finally use anti-sweat powder frequentlyon hands & legs. I think one can manage with.
