14 weeks pregnancy, placenta is anterior lower end just reaching upto internal OS. Grade 1maturity. Is this cause of worry? / precautions? Wat grade 1means?

It's yoo early pregnancy as it grows placenta also moves upwards and even if it doesn't as long as both mother and foetus are normal it can be managed just stay under the regular guidance of your gynaecologist.
