I have pain in my right side shoulder, what type of exercise I have to perform for getting relaxed from this?

If your pain is not higher then you can do exercise otherwise you tk heat formation twice a day with rest time gentle exercise for you.

Do not do heavy work from this side. Massage your shoulder joint with lukewarm oil. If it is due to referred pain of cervical region you have to do the exercises of cervical region and shoulder region also. If pain is due to any injury give your joint rest for some time. If it is rheumatic pain you should take homeopathic medicine.
