She is not pregnant now, but her both breast secrets some milky white substance, when some presser give on the breast. I am so afraid. Is this serious issue?

Milk discharge is common during pregnancy because of hormonal changes. It does not need any treatment and will disappear in some dauys. Only care she should take is, she should not express the milk or press it. Otherwise milk will not stop. Also ask her not to wear tight bra.

As you said, she is not pregnant, it may be excess of a hormone prolactin. Pls do serum prolactin and tsh levels. This condition is known as galactorrhea.
