You are over weight. Reduce it. Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, too oily end ghee prepretions, cold drinks, sweets. Go for fast walking. Do arobic excersices. Take simpal veg food in lunch 3 chapati, small katory dal, green vegitabales end same in dinner. You take less as you fill hungery.
