I have stomach problems from 4 months, weight loss and gas produces in large intestine and small intestine shrinkd having pain in evening like cramps and then gas pass out, all stomach muscles are stiff and not able to do any work and also sleeping difficulty and nutrition deficiency please any help all muscle got down and joint also sounds like popping.
