Hello doctors, I am a night owl, I stay awake at night for study or sometimes keep playing video games, it has been 3 years, I have this routine. I usually sleep at 6 am and get up at 3,4 pm in evening. Now I want to change my routine, when I try to sleep at night I can't fall asleep no matter how much I try until it's 6 am. So my question is how to reset my sleep cycle, your help will be appreciated thanks.

Avoid sleep during day time. Play outdoor games like cricket, tennis which need great skill instead of video games. Have light dinner. Do't expose to digital screen at night.
