Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting and others, push ups, yoga etc. Eat extra amount of foods more frequently. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Add ghee, butter, cream etc with foods. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use extra meat, fish, egg etc. Use more healthy fat in cooking. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.
