I am a student, I have to study well as well as I have to sleep enough. But I could hardly sleep for more than 5 hour because I have to wake up for my class on time. Only the solution for that is to sleep early, bt I tried my level best but I can't sleep until 3 am or 4 am and I have to wake up by 9 am. Please give me solution which can help me to sleep on time.

A normal sleep should start always before 12am, have light food in the night do foot massage before sleep do meditation for few min to control your stress.
