Dear Lybrate User, *Do exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling. *Drink more water, fresh fruit juice. *Avoid more maida related, junk foods. *Consume vegetables than non veg. *Drink plain butter milk daily. *Avoid more milk products, avoid butter, cheese. *Diet on fruits and skip one meal. do the same 2-3 times/week..

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
