You can do brisk walking for 45 mins per day. You can try drinking 1 glass of lukewarm water+2tbsp lemon juice empty stomach on rising in morning.

First of all get rid of the assumption that you can loose weight just by doing nothing. At this point you can just try with drinking lots of luke warm water all throughout the day and see the difference.
