Age-29, height 6 ft, weight 82 kg, unmarried. In march 2020, one day I had high fever for 3 days along with pain in penis tip. Then doctor gave me antibiotics and urine test report showed bacteria. Also pain was radiating from rectum to penis. And I started to have bone pain. Again showed to doctor, he did trus prostate, it showed inflammation inside prostate and suggested possibility of chronic prostatitis .at that time psa was raised 3.40 ng/ml. He gave antibiotics, still after one month I felt bleeding in semen and urine also. Now it has heen around 1.5 year, my whole body bones are paining severely, report also showed vitamin d deficient. 2 days ago, I still noticed that blood again came in my semen i.e in form of small black clots. whenever I sit on bike ,i felt pain in penis tip, sharp pain in shaft of penis. I took vit d supplement still my bones pain increasing all over body ,all joints paining. Although it is rare but I do have feeling that I might be victim of prostate cancer. Should I do mri of prostate. Please suggest.
