My age is 25 years and weight is 90 kg and height is 168 cm. So according to bmi I am in obese category. I am very inactive person from 2 years due to lighten and gain lot of weight and also I have social anxiety. So I take opinion from psychiatrist online and he prescribed" pexep cr 37.5 and metoprolol xr 50 mg at night" daily which I am taking from 4 months till now .so recently I joined gym to loose weight so my trainer told me to do jogging on treadmill for 2 hrs daily (10 km distance at 6 km/hr speed on treadmill ).so I lost around 3 kg in a week but I want to know" is it okay to take beta blocker like metoprolol xr 50 mg while running on treadmill for around 2 hrs. If not then how to stop taking medicine or should I reduce my dose? please help me.
