Hi. Im 28 wks pregnant and found hb level 8.7. I was not comfortable with iron tablets in this pregnancy period as I suffered from immediate vomiting. Now, Dr. again suggesting glyzifer nm tablet however not sure if this will suit me. Instead of using tablets, can I naturally gain hb level if I maintain iron rich diet like beetroot, pomo, dates, green leafy veges etc. Before delivery? Please advise your opinions.

No, natural will not increase to desired leve. If do not want to try new medicine- may go for injection. I assume hb electrophoresis report must have been done.
