A human body needs daily physical exercise due to my job shift timings I have only time to do exercise at one AM. What I feel something is better than nothing. Is i am correct doing exercise at night. Please advice

Hi, any type of exercise needs an empty stomach or a gap of 3-4hrs after eating. So if this time is suitable you can exercise but ensure that you get a night sleep. Or you can exercise twice or thrice a week.
