I am trying to loose my weight but I can not able to loose please give me some advise to loose weight.

Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups etc. You need to modify your food habit. Eat small amount of food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Take watery vegetables. Use unrefined foods. Protein foods will help you to reduce extra fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water. Use lukewarm water after meals. Take proper rest.
