Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Along with this eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Use extra protein like fish, egg white, lean meat to lose weight. Use healthy fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals.
