To increase weight increase weight. Eat frequently. Do not skip meals. Use bigger plate than before. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water during meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use supplement. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Extra fish, meat etc will help you. These are common but to gain knowledge about specific foods for you consult me privately on lybrate.
