You should have 68 kg according to your height. Do regular exercise which will help. Along with this eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Use extra protein like fish, egg white, lean meat to lose weight. Use healthy fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. These are basic but for quick and scientific result consult privately on lybrate.
