I am 25 years old my weight is 50 kg. height is 5" 2inch I have fat around my belly, back side, on bra line n under the chest. I do not have fat in other area of rest of body It looks very awkward when my tummy is peeping out. Please suggest me some exercise or diet from which I get rid of excess tummy fat.

Dear lybrate user. 1) do yogasan regularly (pacchimottasan, halasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, bhujangasan) upto 15-30 minutes. 2) walk upto 4-5 kilometers daily. 3) do exercises like running, jogging, swimming, aerobics, cycling. Do all these things for 30 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.
