As a 17 year-old, I think you should prioritize good old-fashioned food. Eat a lot, and you will grow. Supplements are great, but they are just that: supplements. Lots of whole meals a day, plus peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and glasses of milk for snacks. Considering your goals and current stats, you should probably be aiming for at least 3, 500 calories per day. Do that consistently and you will gain weight. But, since you asked, a good multivitamin, creatine, fish oil, and zma (zinc magnesium aspartate) before bed are the best. Make sure your lifting plan includes progression (your bench, squat, and deadlift numbers should go up over time), and you'll be set.
