I'm a rock climber and just had sort of a fall. Feeling some pain in my left middle finger upon loading. There was no pop heard during the fall. I'm now feeling pain in the palm/a1 when loading and it can sometimes be sharp. Sometimes the pain doesn't show up. I can still make a fist with a good degree of comfort. Whats happening? What can I do to help healing? I've also had a surgery last year for an abscess in my adjacent middle finger.
