I'm a rock climber and just had sort of a fall. Feeling some pain in my left middle finger upon loading. There was no pop heard during the fall. I'm now feeling pain in the palm/a1 when loading and it can sometimes be sharp. Sometimes the pain doesn't show up. I can still make a fist with a good degree of comfort. I've also had a surgery last year for an abscess in my adjacent middle finger. Is this serious? Or can I help it with rest and rehab? Going to a doctor isn't convenient for me now.
