Dr. My question is about my physical fitness. I want to know that if I want to lose weight e. G. 20 kg. How much should I exercise. In my whole day schedule I give only one hour to fitness. I go for a walk of 5 kms with a little jogging. I am pretty much confused about the timing because I come to home and after an hour to the walk I takes my dinner. So is it right or wrong. How should I fix my schedule.
