Hlo doctor, I used to be healthy and sound but from last 5-6 months my hands and legs shiver and I feel like my nervous system is damaged you am young and it should not happen to me. When ever I hold my hand in air or place my finger on anything my whole hand shivers and I try to control it but I can not. please tell me what problem it is and how it can be cured.
