I would suggest fybogel powder as stool softener for a month plus general lifestyle changes for lifelong which include having plenty of green leafy vegetables 2-3 litres of drinking water regularise your bowel movement schedule avoid excessive straining a during stools avoid excess meat and meat products. Avoid food that causes constipation in you.
