Hi, 36/m here. I have suffered from small tears in the foreskin (not the frenulum) during penetration while my penis was not lubricated enough. I don't have phimosis the foreskin can be retracted completely. I've been sexually active since about 10 years. This is the first time that has happened to me. Please help. It's been a week and the number of tears has increased.
