Namaskar sir, I am 67 years old. I have problem of very slow and intermittent flow with frequent urination of urine since 1 1/2 years. My u/s kub a week ago shows enlarged prostate volume 30 cc. Uroflow metry shows very poor flow. My ana test is as high as 88. I am advised silodal 8 by urologist which I have yet to start. I feel I have some autoimmune disorder. What should I do. Pl. Advise.
