Tobacco chewing is not advisable at least for a week after tooth removal. It always hinders the normal healing process. It's purely on you. What you are comfortable with. Tobacco chewing predisposes to cause precancerous lesions in your mouth which may turn cancerous at any point of time if the main cause i.e tobacco chewing is not discontinued.
