There is no short cuts for weight loss though there are plethora of weight loss product available in the market. I would personally recommend a diet that helps you shed a maximum weight loss of half to one kg per week, so that there is no side effect on other body functions. Initially there is a weight loss but over a period of time the body gets adapted to low calorie regimen that will help you lose weight.
