I am 23 yrs old at present my weight is 60 kgs I want to reduce my weight. I want my weight 40 kg within 2 month but without diet and exercise so, what should I do for this?

Avoid heavy food items, day sleep, milk and bakery products, sweets, have regular moderate exercise. Only fish may be taken, no other non - veg is advisable 1- devdarvyarishta 15 ml + rohitakarishta 15 ml after food twice in a day with water 2- oat bran like bagrrys or any brand 20 gm may be mixed in wheat aata while preparing rotis and such rotis are to be consumed daily 3- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one in morning in empty stomach with water 4- trifala powder 5 gm at bed time with warm water daily continue treatment for 3-4 months, record weight before and after every month and give feed back.
