I'm 15years old my height is 5'4, I weigh 132 pounds, I'll do workouts daily about 90min. Does it effect my height and growth? Can I use any protein powders to boost my growth hormone? If so, kindly suggest me their names.

Workout is good...but acccording to your age you should not lift heavy dumbbells...you should use protein powder like whey protein
