I am suffering from ear ringing its really high pitch sound and I can't sleep at nights and irritating and its in right ear ringing when I bent my neck to right touching shoulder ear stops ringing complete and again start with when neck back to original position so whats my problem which doctor I have to consult and I test my breathing exercises my ears are pop open with it so whats the solution.
