My height is 5'7" and my weight (80kg) is more than my height measurements. I don't eat much more but why I don't control my weight. And I am a smoker (not chain smoker. When I wake up in early morning I have to take a long breath. Please give me a solution.

Hi..both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45minutes cardeo exercises preferable walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet.. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. Maximum intake of green tea and water.. Take high fibre low carbs low salt low sugar low fat diet.. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm.. Morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal or cornflakes...
