I think I may have adult adhd inattentive type and have been considering consulting psychiatrist through online. But how many hours or days will it take to diagnose adhd? Because I watched tons of videos in which doctors saying it will take multiple appointments and hours to get through the process. I live in a village and don't have any doctors near by me and I have a baby at home which marks me out of traveling to see one. How much self diagnosing through online test is effective? I lived all my life with forgetfulness, misplacing things, overly sensitive, hyper focusing on the things I interested, but struggled to focus on the things I find boring especially while studying, low self esteem, anxiety,having trouble to fall asleep at night and daydreaming a lot. I wasn't aware these things have a name and can be helped somewhat. I reached a point in my life where I can't live like this anymore. Just getting diagnosed is enough for me, I don't even need any medication. Thank you in advance.
