Hi, if you wish to reduce abdominal fat, best way is to start taking small steps towards being active. 1) do not sit at one place for long hours. Keep moving. Be the first one to answer the doorbell. 2) try walking short distances rather than using your vehicle. 3) if you have a staircase in your house, try going up and down 10 times daily. 4) never use the lift, take the staircase. 5) lie down straight on a carpet with hands folded behind your head. Now flex at your knees. Use your belly to come up and touch your forehead to your kneesdo 10-15 sets. 6) lastly follow my diet chart: morning: 6am: brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (no butter or mayonnaise) 11am: orange or apple lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit. 4 pm: tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 pm: soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. (for soup take 2 tsp any yellow dal, 1 onion, 1 tomato and salt and add 1 glass water and pressure cooker it, sieve it, soup is ready) bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry.
