Hello doctor. I am 36 years old. My height 5f 1inch weight around 70 kg. I am in my post Maternity period, my son is 6 months old now. I have started looking older than my age. Though I eat healthy food but I am not able to control my growing weight and inches. With the lil child and no support at home rest, sleep n personal things viz ex etc have gone for a toss. Please suggest what should I do to reduce weight, get looks of my own age back.

Follow these simple things..Take small amount of food frequently.Do not skip meals.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Take plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.Take extra protein foods to reduce fat.Use healthy fat in cooking.Take almond,walnut.Take proper sleep as far as possible as you have small baby.These will be helpful.
