Hello sir/mam. I am female of 25 years old and have a weight of 74, height is 5.6. How much weight I must reduce and what should I take in foods. My routine is, mrng 1 bowl K special, afternoon a cup of rice, evng 1 tea, ngt either roti or idli. And monthly once or twice will take sweets if any function at home. please provide Solution to take and how much weight should be? Thank you
