Stop thinking too much of exams and results. Instead make a plan for study according to time left and your portion of study left. Accordingly divide your study into small related units and start finishing them. Be contented if you complete about 80% of your schedules portions - Eat healthy, relax in between study sessions and have good sleep at night.
