Welcome to lybrate we understand your concern. Based on the details provided by you following are the possibilities in your case: 1. Migraine headache. 2. Chronic tension headache. Your symptoms are more suggestive of tension headaches. It is not related to the concussion you had in past. You should see your doctor who would examine you and if feels will get a ct/mri brain done to rule out other causes of headache. He will also send you for eye sight testing. Migraine headaches are treated with drugs like flunarizine, propanolol, amitryptilline. Tension headaches are treated with amitryptilline, escitalopram with behavioral modification treatment.
