My one testicle is bigger than the another one and I feel very discomfort with my testicles it also has some lumps around it. What should I do?

Hi, usually one testes is larger than other which is normal. No need to worry. I would advise don't diagnose yourself for lump. You can visit doctor and find out what exactly that swelling is. Doctor may advice scrotal ultrasound for diagnosis. It could be cyst, vericocele or hydrocele. These are different conditions where you get swelling over testicles. Don't get panic and visit nearby doctor.
